​​Sarah Beth Palmer is a vibrant actress based in New York City and recent graduate of UNCSA's BFA Acting program. A multifaceted artist—actor, drummer, singer, and composer—she brings joy and enthusiasm to every project she takes on.

Most recently, Sarah produced and starred in her original short film, Leeches, and played Denny Mahoney in the new play, Crossing Boundaries, in its premiere at the Chain Theatre in New York City.

 

In addition to her passion for performing, Sarah is a dedicated outdoorswoman with a playful spirit and generous heart. As she looks to the future, Sarah is eager to continue writing and finding innovative ways to express her creativity.
